RA & Dec worm assemblies from Anssen Alhena GEM with original 25:1 gearboxes. The Japan Servo microstepping stepper motors have been replaced with Pittman Servo motors 9000 series with 500 tics shaft encoders. With this gearing this setup gives 10.7 million tics per RA rev and 8 million tics per Dec rev. It should still easily slew at 1200 times sidereal which is as fast as I want to slew. These are ball bearing Servo motors, 12 volt and very quiet.
